I received no support whatsoever (zero stars for that), but template itself is done very well with so much capabilities and functionalities.
This is hands down, the best drupal template I have used. It is easily flexible and upgradable. After the mixup with not being able to sign up on their site for support with the themeforest activation code was finally sorted the customer support has been excellent and all this in the middle of a pandemic is even more impressive. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Awesome theme! Fits my needs perfectly!!! The review system is exactly what I was searching for.
Very good theme, good demos, and good documentation. Its a beautiful theme but because there are SOOOO many theme options it can take a long time to build your site. Improvements: There should be specific space in the theme options to insert Header and Footer Code. Non-tech savvy people won't know how to copy header.php into their child theme and insert the code before the closing tag. Overall though, 5 stars.

Easiest to understand and make changes to. I've purchased multiple themes from this author! Keep up the lords work.
I would only change a few things about this theme, but that's 100% in reference to my own needs. For example, I would love a phpbb theme in this style to match my forums. Of course, that's a separate issue.
