I left a negative review for customer support. I can't add information to that review to further clarify why. However, I do have a choice to not use this theme, but you won't find another theme in this category that comes close to the design and features of this one, hence 5 stars for this aspect.

Instead of "Other" there should be an option for "ALL OF THE ABOVE" The quality and flexibility of this theme is mind blowing! Find a bug? I work on the audiovisual media and it took my a lifetime to find a theme with a good video gallery. Most of the themes offer photo gallery, which is completly necesary, but I've also needed a video gallery for my portfolio and I found all the solutions in this theme.
It works perfectly, it's super easy to use, friendly not only with the developer but also with the user. It loads very quickly and the support is the best. They solve all my problem and cleared all my doubts. They are veeeeeeeery patients and helpfull.
I strongly recommend this theme, not only for musician, how it is advertised, but for portfolios also.

This is an amazing theme- by an awesome developer. DO NOT HESITATE to purchase this theme. The author is extremely helpful in customizing and understanding the code. I've never worked with a developer so dedicated to keeping the plugins updated (i.e. slider revolution) as well as fixing glitches in the code. Thanks for an awesome theme!

Great Theme with tons of options - very stable
I absolutely love this theme. I have built many FPT websites and a custom Parallax WordPress site in the past, but this was my first experience with paid theme. This is the most professional site that I have ever made. It took me a few days to figure out how to customize each page, but once I got the hang of it it is easy. I have backed up my sight repeatedly for fear that something I would do would crash it, but it is rock solid. Tech support has been amazing, incredibly helpful and fast to to my questions. Our host (WP Engine) is doing a mandatory update to PHP 7.2. Our tests indicated the theme was not compatible and would totally crash. I contacted the developer to see if they could update the theme. They did. We went back and forth several times, doing tests and updates and more tests and more updates. Thanks to their updates, the theme is now compatible and we have updated to PHP 7.2 successfully. The site seems to be functioning flawlessly. We highly encourage the use of this theme and recommend the developer(s)! Very satisfied!

I downloaded Okab to build a nice professional Arabic website for my organization. It has been great and everything works well, however the best thing by far in terms of value has been the support. When I saw 'free support' I just assumed this would be for any small errors or issues I encountered, I couldn't be more wrong! Ahmed and the support team have been with me every step of the way in building my website. Although I have some limited technical ability, I have no idea how to navigate things like CSS or compatibility issues and they have aided me every step of the way. They are friendly, have great English, and always respond within a couple of days (just make sure you clearly state your desired outcomes with screenshots if possible). Their help has drastically sped up the time it has taken to get our website to completion I would go as far to say the support team has been superior than my experience of hiring a consultant to assist us in building our prior website!

This is a good and versatile theme with lots of demos to plug in, pre-built page templates, and many handy elements and extras. The developer has been excellent to work with. Any time that I've run into a stumbling block they have responded to my support tickets withing 24-48 hours to help me find a solution.
I had lost about a decade's worth of data from my old blog with a free WP theme, so I decided to really up my web presence with a rebuild using Draven. I've been very impressed with all of its aspects. As someone who doesn't code, I've been grateful for the friendly interface, although sometimes it has felt overwhelming. And I had to reach out to LA-Studio for help, and although it was a few hours until I received my answer, I still felt the response and help was great.

If you know what you are doing with WorldPress, you are in luck — the options give you a ton of flexibility. If you do not (like me), you get great support — ThemeCrispy is extremely responsive and generous with their time — they walked me through all the challenging moments with step-by-step instructions and even logged into my account to make changes for me when I was getting stuck.
