I bought two other templates for the same project before purchasing this one. The first one turned out not to be right for the project; the second was perfect, but after a week of fighting with the code and getting terrible support, I gave up. Frustrating, since I already showed it to my client who approved the preliminary design.
Back to searching for another template, I found this one. WOW! What an improvement. Simple code, responsive to what I need it to do. And now, instead of spending hours fighting with the other template and buggy code, I will spend a few hours and build the entire structure for the site with Centum.
Hopefully, I won't need support, but based on the comments I read, that too will be easily available.

The design is Great and The Customer Support Tremendous!! A++++ I would buy another theme from them.
Solid theme, easy to navigate. However, what I really want to point out is the very quick and patient support I immediately received for the initial hickups - which basically ended up being typical user errors on my end. Still, went through all troubleshooting steps with patience and close to immediate responses, getting me up and running with the theme very quickly. Got myself the theme after toying with the also readily available demo you can request to get access to - basically a full word press installation with Admin access to check for yourself whether the general handling of the theme and its settings are something you are comfortable with. The envato demo can only show so much on the visiting side of things, but frankly, I already ran into themes with great looks and features that were a pain to actually use and lacked any form of user friendliness. Being able to check this up front is also something I'd recommend to make use of. It certainly helped me deciding for the purchase, and the support received only makes my decision a lot more comfortable and the recommendation easier.

Every time I think this theme is missing something in regards to customization, I find the solution in a matter of seconds. This theme is so sleek and well made, I don't even have to resort to customer support for small adjustments.

Another fantastic theme from Select: beautifully designed, flexible, frequently updated, good documentation and great support that always help well! You are in safe hands. Only issue that I have (and is the same for many themes) is loading speed, some assistance with this in the theme itself would be great to reduce the extra plug-ins that are required. Overall, very happy!

Creative and relatively unique
Digrand is a superb theme on many levels. To start with, it's bullet proof. I'm yet to find a way to break it and I'm on my second website using Digrand as the theme. Additionally, the theme is stunning to look at, and very easy to change for just about any purpose. With the right hosting, you can get sub second page load times easily. I routinely get 700ms page loads on an entry level shared server (and I've done a LOT of performance testing). Finally, Owl Themes' customer support is superb. If you're concerned that you might be purchasing a theme with slow or non existent customer support - don't worry. The guys at Owl are very capable and willing to assist. I did a lot of research before purchasing Digrand - and my research paid off. This is the one to get.

This is a really great template that is easy to use and packed with everything you need. The only issue I ran into is I am stuck on how to make my logo bigger. Hoping to find a solution soon.
This is a great theme, I could have selected a number of reasons for the 5 star rating, including flexibility and design quality, but I have to say that the support has been great - the type of things I've asked were achievable with a click or two here and there and an extra line of CSS code when necessary.
Because it is so flexible, there are a lot of options that at first can seem a bit overwhelming, but once you get into it and with a little help from the Edge team, I am very happy that I chose Crimson. Well done guys!

Great theme! Allows you to control a lot of pre-configured settings (Mikado Options). Maybe a panel separating settings for mobile and desktop would be a plus! I had a problem with my footer widgets but it was related to my hosting company, not the theme itself. Support was really good through their ticket system.
