Vincent is an awesome theme. The quality is there not just in the visual aesthetic, but the code, support, easy of use, documentation, etc.. It ticks all the boxes. If you are looking for a clean theme that uses some great plugins (Slider Revolution, WPBakery are just a few) to really bring you site to life than Vincent is one theme that needs to be on your list. The team at Ninzio are super supportive and fast to respond to get you up and running. Overall this has been one of the best experiences I've had with a theme maker. They have plenty of other themes worth checking out too.

Hi! I’ve dowloaded the theme from envato elements. The equal height option from vc row it’s not working. Any suggestion of the problem? For concern. Plugins updated and only installed for the moment the required to work with the teme. Also Wordpress version and working with a PHP 7.4 I’ll appreciate a reply. Best regards!

It looks like you updated WP to 5.6 version, that’s why all your issues came. Theme have a new update now. So this is very important update. Follow this info: Equal height will work dine. 1. Redownload latest version of theme from themeforest. Then update theme files, and plugins: Revolution Slider, Theme Addons Plugin for WPBakery Plugin, WPBakery plugin. 2. You can update plugins by simply deleting and uploading new theme and plugins folder via ftp 3. Or you can update plugins the following way: goto wp admin panel > plugins > deactivate and delete noted above plugins, first delete Theme Addons Plugin for WPBakery Plugin, then other plugins. Then goto wp admin panel > appearance > themes. Delete Theme. Then upload new theme version and install and activate all recommended plugins ( new versions will be installed ) 4. Backup your website before updates. Regards

I am very interested in your wordpress theme, but why do I always find a small empty space above the menu bar in every theme you make? Is it really designed like that?

before i purchase the theme licence and support i need to know the following issues can be resolved. I got the theme from envato and am currently testing it out. I have no problem paying for the theme, but i need to know i’m not paying for something that won’t work or causes major issues that cannot be easily resolved without costing me $$ 1) Though the theme is the same version as you are currently selling, it sames my child vincent 8 contains outdated copies of some woocommerce template files. Why would it say this?. It’s saying If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version. It’s also saying if i copied over a template file to change something then i hneed to copy the new version of the template and apply changes again.. but i didn’t copy over any template file.. so i’m not sure why these messages are there. 2) Also when uploading the theme i had to upload two of the plug ins on my own – your links didn’t work.. that was for wpbakery – which i have a licensed copy anyway, and the revolution slider which i got the plug in and installed separately on my own. The files which came with the upload and offered auto activate didn’t work. I’m hoping this didn’t cause any issues with the theme or child theme – wpbakery is working and so is revolution slider – just that i had to get the plugins myself and upload and activate them seperately. 3) Your vincent logo won’t go away on some of the pages that have white background header chosen and only switches to the logo i uploaded in settings when transparent background is chosen. Is this fixable? i want to know that these issues are all resolvable before i pay money for the theme as i’m tired of switching themes and wasting money. I love the theme but need to know it will work with what i’m doing.

Hello, 1. We update woocommerce files frequently, so in next theme update you will not see that message. But now it is ok, and woocommerce work fine, leave messages. If you will open a ticket in support website and provide themeforest purchase code in support, we will provide you dedicated support and you will not have to wait theme update in some case, we will solve them for you in support 2. Theme include WPBakery and Re Slider for free, no need to have separate license, they ask separate license in case if you would like to have your own license. About autoupdate you need to contact plugin author, or open a ticket in support, we will have a look. 3. Please read documentation to see how to edit different header versions in vincent theme, this is not bug, you onbly need to edit all header versions. Please open a ticket in support website, provide themeforest license code for support and we will provide you dedicated support for all your questions, if need we will enter your website and solve all issues, then describe how we did that: https://ninzio.com/support/ Regards

Thank you. You are correct. That fixed the logo issue.. I didn’t understand that you have to change the settings for each page separately but it worked. I assumed changing it once changed it for all pages. And thank you for updating me about the other issues. I really like the theme and was hoping that these issues could be easily resolved. I will be buying the theme as it is doing what i wanted it to do. I appreciate you answered these concerns quickly and without making me buy the theme first. As a result i will be purchasing the theme license. I appreciate that you allow envato users to try it out. I tried others and they were not workable. Your’s is quite easy to work with and your response to my issue was quick.

Hi, I got this theme from envato elements and would like to tell you this is an amazing theme, loved it. There are few quirks I would like to ask, there is no option to change the colors of your price tables anywhere and I cannot get the newsletter subscriber form to appear. Let me know if you can help me, that would be great.
