If you like the movie Inception, you'll love this theme. Looks nice, but is super confusing, templates nested inside pages, really hard to keep straight where things are - like an image with a description? is that in the media library image or somewhere in the page template/builder? I spend HOURS trying to find out where things are or how to change them - sorry for the rant, but I've been struggling with this theme since 2015.

Hey there, For what it's worth, image descriptions are always handled by the media library, in any theme. Whilst I appreciate your valid point that our templates can be a little confusing, it would be nice to acknowledge that a certain amount of your frustration could be out of our hands ( image descriptions being the perfect example ) Cheers - Tom

Wish the demo templates were Visual Composer and not the Ebor Grid. Also the login button has a bug where it doesn't want to disappear and had to take it out manually from the header code. Good for non-developers. Not recommended for developers simply due to Ebor grid. Styles are nice though.

Hi is there a way that I can use yellow pencil plugin with this theme? When I try to initiate it it seems unable to make edits as it cannot edit the template contents. Are you aware of a workaround? many thanks

Hello Tommus Rhodus, I am currently working on a site that is using “Pivot”, just recently having an issue: our site is being redirect, I asked our hosting company which said the problem resides with the theme, host recommended for us to reinstall the theme. Since I’m not the original designer we will re-purchase the theme and re-install it. However, I don’t know if I re-install the theme any of the customization will be lost. 1. If so, how do I prevent that? 2. As I said the site is being “redirect” I cannot login via wp-admin. What do you recommend? PLEASE HELP! Here’s our URL: http://alancfox.com/ THANK YOU!

Hey there, Our theme does not redirect, it looks like you have malware on the site. Reinstalling the theme may help but there’s nothing you can do if the theme has been custom issued directly to keep those customisations. Cheers – Tom

I wouldn’t think your theme would “redirect” either, that’s just what the host said… Host company scanned the site/server, no malware was found. I was able to login to wp-admin, was able to get the site back, but couldn’t find Ebor Framework plugin (nothing related to Ebor was found in the dashboard panel), so now the site is not showing any page/post content only the “shortcode”. PLEASE HELP! Many THANKS!

Hello, since WordPress 5.2 now includes the built-in feature that detects/sends admin an email when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error, we noticed an error trigger with the Ebor-Framework-Master plugin. We had an error alert first, then I realized the Ebor plugin was outdated. I’ve updated the plugin to the latest version included in the template but looks like it generated another error. It looks like everything seems to be working, but does raise some slight concern. Hi, we have done customizations to the template “Home – Corporate”, and when we move our site to another server the template isn’t the same as the source server. We moved all files and mysql database, all works fine but this template not. How can we move it without having to edit it another time? Thanks

Hi and thanks. I don’t want support to migrate sites, i know about this two plugins. The site is completely migrated, we only have a problem with that template of the theme. We copied all the site files/folders to the new server and restored the database, all works fine but the home page that uses this template not because the template isn’t copied correctly… We only want to know the way to copy this modified template to another host or what files we need to copy to change it without the need to edit manually all the template again in the dashboard.
