Several features listed missing from actual product. Reached out to author, but have received no response in 1 business week. Will be completely un-installing and disputing the credit card charge. So much time wasted on this!

Loading speed is just very slow between 10-40 seconds, even on local machine.

Loading speed issues will be caused probably by something else such as plugins, or poor server configuration. Did you try to use the theme on the fresh WordPress install? And what about error messages? Are they appear? And can you tell me why you didn't contact support before you rate? Of course, we would find a solution together. The theme is well built and offers many great layouts with good customizability as well. But the best aspect of this item is the support! I asked for how to do some customizations and they were not expected but they did a theme update for supporting my requests. I can't ask better than this! I do suggest this item and seller!

Hi, I’m having trouble getting reCaptcha to work on the forms. Public and private keys have been set. I get an error when I submit the form that states “Please fill the valid captcha” but nothing is visible. I tried using several version of captcha and all give the same result.

Hello, The FORQY reCAPTCHA plugin from version 1.2 has an available debug mode that you can enable on the settings page on “Settings > FORQY reCAPTCHA > Enable debug mode”. Then you will be able to debug issues with loading reCaptcha on the page. Hope it helps Pavel

Hey, I noticed a reservation came in with the following date NaN/NaN/NaN I tried to reproduce it but I cannot. I don`t know what happened and hot to fix it. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thanks.

Hello, Weird, I’ve not experienced an issue like this. Please, can you let me know what is your setting of the date format on “Appearance > Customize > Settings > Date Format/Date Delimiter”? I just had FORGY plugin update to 1.3.9 but it has broken the site. i disabled the plugin via recovery mode in WP but now all menu items have disapeared. is there a fix available?...a lolwer version of the plugin…I’m on latest WP…Thanks

Hello. Probably your version of the PHP is lower than 7.4. I created a fix for this. Now you can update to the latest version of the “FORQY Restaurant”, and everything should work well.

Hello. I tested it, and the translations worked well also for the placeholders. Probably you are using customized *.PO file that is needed update by the latest *.POT file included with the theme in the “languages” folder. I hope it helps.

Under WP 5.5.3 with FORQY Less 1.0.3 and FORQY Restaurant 1.3.6 at frontend browser refuses to apply linguini/style.less because of MIME type not being supported. Updating to WP 5.6 totally “kills” the SiteOrigin PageBuilder and errors on frontpage total up to more than a dozen. Whats the issue? Any ides please?

Do you think it would be possible to not give visitors the option to reserve a table in the same day? Some restaurants don`t have someone checking their email often enough to see every reservation coming in. This can create an unpleasant situation.

Thanks alot. That worked! Now that some places are starting to open again after covid-19 I got two requests. 1. Is there a way of limiting the number of reservations one can receive per day based on number of guests? 2. Is there a way of not allowing guests to book outside opening hours?
